Shipping

SHIPPING PACKAGING

At MEDAVITA HK, we always strive to find environmentally friendly solutions for a luxury shopping experience. All of our products are shipped in eco-friendly packaging.

SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are shipped worldwide via our affiliate courier SF Express. All shipments that are sent by MEDAVITA HK, are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 pm till 8:00 pm HKT (with the exception of Hong Kong public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch 2 business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.


 

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

All shipping costs for orders over HK$ 600 are free of charge within Hong Kong.

TRACK YOUR STATUS

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the SF Express tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TO HONG KONG

For deliveries to Hong Kong the price of the item already includes all customs duties and processing fees. In case of a return, customs duties and handling fees can be refunded only as a voucher. Shipping costs will not be refunded by MEDAVITA HK in case of returns.
